Having been with the surgery for years, I have always been very pleased with the Doctors service and attention given to me.. The biggest gripe I have is that trying to see a particular Doctor, (I know that we all have our favourite Doctors because they know your history) very often you have to wait several weeks to see them, BUT, if I need an urgent appointment today I have always been able to see a Doctor within the emergency clinic. On having Blood Tests why do you have to wait so long before having one, why can't you have one straight away in the surgery, and again then waiting two weeks for the result, then another wait to see the Doctor. It should/could be made a lot quicker Overall, A Good Surgery and Very Good Doctors.

The receptionists are efficient, helpful, warm and welcoming. I have experienced first hand how they try to deal with hostile patients, and they are courteous but firm. They do remarkably well under the circumstances. There is usually a 20 to 30 minute wait from the actual appointment time for both doctors & nurses. This is enavitable as at this practice the patient is not treated as if they are on an assembly line, they are given the time needed in order to sort out their problems. A sign of good sense over government guidelines. I feel lucky to belong to the Eastwick Park Medical Practice.

Being able to get an appointment and great staff who have time to discuss. Hard to access 111 at weekends. Sat surgery would be good.

I have worked and lived all over the UK and Ireland and therefore have been associated with many doctors surgeries. I have found the Eastwick Park Medical Practice in Great Bookham the best I have been a patient with. From the moment of making a appointment to visiting the surgery for a consultation with a Doctor I have always been treated in a professional, prompt and friendly manner from all of the staff.I know it is a team effort but a special thanks to Dr Dawson for her professional approach and her dedication. Thanks again to every member of the staff at the surgery and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area Mike Lewis
